Gossip Girls

The cast of Gossip Girl got together last night to celebrate the new season, which premieres September 1st [I am SO excited!] at a party which was sponsered by YSL Beaute and Bendels.

Kelly Rutherford obviously got her body back. The new mom wore a Fall 2008 Michen dress that looked very chic on her.

Hazel, I mean Dreama Walker, wears a scarf over her LBD dress with YSL tribute heels.

Nicole Fiscelle looks lovely in this Herve Leger dress- but I wonder if she got inspiration [or a freebie?] off of Blake Lively's wardrobe on the set of GG.

Jessica Szohr looking like she does not want Summer to end in a SPRING 2008 Jovovich-Hawk dress that made her tan pop! She paired the dress with multi color shoes and a pretty necklace.
How sad I am to hear that Jovavich-Hawk is no more. I was looking forward to seeing their new stuff :(

Taylor Momsen experiments with a heavier look- biker chic? I do not aprove Taylor! I prefer her sweeter look- what can I say? Yellow is a good color for her!

Going Green

Color of the year: Green

So, is that what they mean when they say 'Green is the new black?' Well, not green- but just being enviromental in general- wearing only fabrics that are good for the enviroment [recycled ones work] , and not using plastic/paper bags, etc to change our Earth for the better. A lot of the world is going green- electric cars are getting popular, Whole Foods has some cheap totes instead of non biodegradable bags, and you should too if you want your great great great great great great.. yeah you get it.. to have a good life.
So remember the four R's- Reuse, Recycle, and Runway! No, I'm just kidding [kind of], it's Reduce.

So.. there's another remake.

The cast
So, another Project Runway remake premiered tonight on VH1- but instead of designing clothing, the contestants are aspiring to style celebrities. It's called Glam God.The host is Vivica [A?] Fox and I'm not interested in anything besides the end results. The petty drama is not interesting just like every other reality TV show's drama is.
For the first episode, the judges assigned a chic Vera Wang dress to be styled. The challenge was to make the dress stand apart from the other stylings, as if it were on the red carpet and many celebrities wiykd wear the same outfit on the same night. A few stylists were chosen randomly to be the leader of a three person team. My favorite was Tiger Lilly- who just so happened to have won the challenge- she made the dress have more volume by adding a black skirt and long necklaces that were inspired by Coco Chanel :) In the end, two stylists who I didn't care about were out- Aaron and some pschaitrist with a last name starting with a C :)The winning team at work

What did you think of the show? I don't even know if it's even worthier of watching than the completely fake show, The Hills.
